Location evidence
Current 2027 official festival identifies Deene Park estate and standalone half. Named house point is explicitly an approximate area within the event estate, not a start line or house-door arrival instruction. Owner gives OS reference SP950 929 and locates estate northeast of Corby. Distinct visitor car entrance NN17 3EG and coach entrance NN17 3EW are not used as race starts.
