Next edition
This is the most relevant confirmed edition currently held for the permanent race family. Edition-specific facts should still be checked against the final organiser instructions.
Expand an edition to inspect its year-specific facts. Other years never replace the primary edition facts.
These facts belong to the 2026 edition only. Missing values have not been copied from another year.
Checked 13 September 2026. Entry status: Unconfirmed. Current availability could not be established reliably from the official event and entry sources. Official Rat Race material verifies 10 October 2026, the marketed 28-mile/45.06K route, approximately 1,646m ascent, £195 price, full marking and three aid stations. It is retained as an explicit below-50K threshold exception because the organiser markets it as an ultramarathon; a finish cutoff was not published and remains null. Other stored facts retain their previous source review from 2026-09-02.

Limited input evidence · 0% evidence coverage
The main recorded demands are balanced overall demands. Course difficulty and cutoff pressure describe different challenges: more approachable terrain can still require a demanding pace to beat the deadline. Neither score assesses your personal fitness, safety or readiness.
Difficulty V2's separate time-limit modifier adds 0.00 points here and is capped at 0.70; a broad limit cannot erase extreme intrinsic demand. This is independent of the public Cutoff Pressure V2 band. Evidence coverage describes the recorded inputs, not prediction accuracy or your likelihood of finishing.
Course analysis
Expect sustained upland ground and meaningful climbing, forest trail that may change character in wet conditions, exposed moorland where weather can amplify the difficulty.
Cutoff analysis
The official overall cutoff has not yet been verified. Race For You will not estimate one.
